  • BachelorDegree/Professional Degree preferred

  • 6 years of business/industry work experience with 3 years of process design / consultancyexperience

  • Handson experience of process mapping using ARIS process modeler.

  • Exposureto shared service operations / processes

  • Provenability in drive process discipline and process orientation in a large andcomplex environment

  • Provenability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • 2 years supervisory experience

  • Strongunderstanding of core business processes within OTSC, PRTP, RTR, HTR, and Data Management

  • Strongstrategic thinking/problem solving skills

  • Abilityto manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellentinterpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstratedchange leader and supporting teams dealing with ambiguity

  • Abilityand willingness to act independently and take initiative

60%Leading the process design / standardizationwork across functions for migrating into the CBS Centers.Work collaboratively with CBS FunctionalTeams, Operational and Functional Managers, BU/Function clients to redesign / standardizeprocesses in line with the standard processes identified. Identify and manageissues, risks, mitigation plans and evaluate implementation execution ofservices. Work with CBS Performance Manager / Functional Leads to define SLAs &Performance Targets prior to migration.

20%Manage third party vendors for process designwork. Ensure adherence to standards & guidelines for capturing processes.Drive consistency in process capturing across functions & across geos. Keepprocesses / standards & guidelines up to date throughout the journey

20%DriveProcess Improvements while capturing processes for a Business Unit / Function.Identify improvement opportunities across functions. Share best practices /learnings with rest of the team
