Description

  • This position is accountable to be knowledgeable and skilled in both the core business processes as well as systems used in CBS Finance RTR Operations.

  • This position will need to collaborate closely with the Business Units (BUs)/Functions (FNs), CBS Finance Service Owners, CBS Centers, SAP Implementation Team, and operational end users to ensure successful execution and processing of CBS Finance operational activity as BUs/FNs deploy to SAP.

  • The position will be accountable to help create, lead, and implement training to these related BU’s, monitor progress for key process improvements, be a key contact for system cutover/go-live/ hypercare, and monitor metrics for process improvement within the BU’s and CBS Finance.

  • Execute System Cutover, Go Live and Hypercare—manage execution of cutover activities as required. Analyze exceptions and look for trends and training opportunities.

  • Work with BU locations to identify root cause and solve issues. Schedule retraining sessions as needed.Serve as support for BU and CBS Finance end users post go-live.

  • Monitor open and active tickets.Process design and build—provide BU/function specific requirements as input to design team and subsequent design/ build of approved Work Intake Demand Management (WIDMs). Learn and understand business processes, procedures, transactions and technology within assigned functional area. Definition and design of workaround processes.

Qualifications

  • Two years of business/industry work experience as finance professional

  • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to create training materials and deliver to end users

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, sometimes with little or no direction, and take initiative

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities

  • Strong business partnering and collaboration

  • Strong ownership and accountability skills

  • Demonstrated change management skills

  • Experience influencing key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to internal control.

  • Proven ability to assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to travel 20-25%
