Description

SharePoint Design and Optimization

  • Analyze issues, provide input, and carry out solutions so SharePoint can support the needs of multiple stakeholders and site owners in alignment with stated functional strategy/goals and IT standards/governance.

  • Involvement in development of and implementation of CSSP document management approach to maintain/rationalize the documents.

  • Design strategy to better collaborate and improve methods of user interface (contribution/retrieval).

SharePoint Maintenance

  • Build and maintain the CSSP SharePoint sites, forms, links, using feedback from site owners and stakeholders, recommend and implement technical best practices, tips and tricks, security configuration, feature recommendations, and design considerations

SharePoint Support and Training

  • First level of support for all business related SharePoint and online technology questions. Train, assist and mentor users.

  • Recommend and assist in the training of others and needs assessments with the group Training support group. Create documentation, FAQ's, and other supplemental resources as needed for users

SharePoint Permissions

  • Manage user provisioning for new users with the appropriate security permissions required for their role, manage user roles as they change roles or disable users

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years providing support on SharePoint Design, Development and Maintenance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across different geographies

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and successfully managing multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated strong customer service and communication/collaboration skills with both technical support teams and business users and across multiple work groups

  • Microsoft Office Products, Document Management, SharePoint Work Flow design, Communication skills

  • Training Skills with experience in developing training plans, and executing training to end users

  • Thrives in a global environment working across different timezones

  • Project management experience with planning, scoping and organizing people, requirements and technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Document management system. Graphic design and layouts

  • Experience with web programming languages, database systems and business processes, especially procurement and sourcing related

  • Ability to learn and understand new applications

  • Nimble and adaptable to process changes

  • Ability to work well under pressure
