Position Purpose &Summary

The role will help define comprehensive and sustainable virtual learning strategy leveraging expert learning design

knowledge using gaming, simulations and social platforms for high impact and high engagement learning

experiences.

Principal Accountabilities

40% - Work as a Consultant to develop learning solutions in alignment with the digital/virtual learning for diverse

learners based on the strategy defined to support the long term learning needs of the organization

20% - Help establish portfolio roadmap by combining neuroscience based learning theories, user center design

principles and social collaboration to foster virtual learning and development communities.

10% - Partner with HR and IT leadership in the governance of learning technology portfolio priorities and make

recommendations on the prioritized investment in learning and development in learning and development tools for

the enterprise.

10% – Support in serving as a subject matter expert in developing suitable virtual technology strategies and

architecture and proactively monitor industry leading practices and build external relationships.

10% - Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to reinforce global standards for digital/virtual

learning and development of the corporation

10% – Continuously feed industry best practices of learning to the global learning team by market research on

digital and virtual learning technologies to cater to the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Skills

  • A full-time bachelor degree is required with 50% average score

  • At least 6-8 years of work experience in designing learning solutions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good presentation skills to be able to articulate and influence stakeholders of different

levels. Excellent inter-personal skills with proven record of working with many cross-functional teams across the globe

  • Acumen to work with HR/ business leaders to understand the needs and deliver the same as per the commitment made during sign-off

  • Should have worked in creating Leadership Journeys/ Learning Pathways

  • Should have evaluated and worked on Learning Styles Indicator Tools other Psychometrics and also creating Experience Maps/ Designs

  • Should have explored and have working Knowledge on Various engagement and game based models in Psychometrics/ Virtual Assessments

Centers

  • Should have interacted with Academia and Cross Industry Platforms on Behavioral / Neuro Science bodies of Knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Psychology/ Management/ Sociology and /or relevant certifications

  • Certified on industry and globally recognized psychometric and/or other behavioral tools.

  • Worked with global organizations in the HR space and alignment towards fulfilling the learning needs of the organization. Experience in

innovative learning solutions and ability to deliver experiential learning programs to senior colleagues of the organization.

  • Should have involved in developing breakthrough Digital/ Virtual Programs

  • Should have worked with a team of SME’s as part of a Cohort Team or in a Holacracy set up.

  • Have facilitation/ Debriefing experience

  • Worked in developing learning programs for mid and senior leadership sessions. Proficient in identifying knowledge partners, working with

them as a team in delivering quality programs.

  • Hands-on experience in research of emerging learning technology innovations and ability to incorporate the same in the existing learning

framework of the organization.

  • Should have been proficient in Managing large scale and diverse program portfolio executions involving Digital and New Age Learning
