Description

Position Purpose

To assist with the employee experience duties around attendance, job bids and other employee experience duties.

Principal Accountabilities

50% Filing for the Schuyler & Columbus locations

15% Vacation tracking and processing

10% Attendance

10% Job Bids

10% Other employee experience duties such as garnishments, poster updates, backpay tracking, global cash card assistance, wage & hour reporting, training attendance, new hire review tracking, term log tracking, etc.

5% Orientation benefits presentation

Qualifications

Required

  • Working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

  • Type 60 wpm or more

  • Ability to present in large groups of 10 employees

  • Ability to read, write and speak English

  • High School degree or GED

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce

  • Ability to drive from Columubs to Schuyler

Preferred

  • Experience working with Kronos or other time and attendance software

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Associates degree

  • Accounting experience

  • Human Resources experience

  • Microsoft Office Access
