The position holder is responsible for all project management activities for less complex Build Projects including project leadership, project planning, project execution, and project control and business results. He/she is being the partner of Manufacturing Technology- and Reliability engineer for all projects on site.
Draw/Design/Update Mechanical/structural plans and drawings, EI&A plans and drawings.
Responsible for designing and implementing automation & control solutions.
Support performance improvement and the development of the most effective approach to identify, monitor, and implement Continuous Improvement/best practices. Participate in and/or provide input to cross-functional teams to select and implement tools and methodologies that will enable to capture best practices. May directly support SMEs by proactively and systematically identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement applicable to the entire business/platform.
Identify, recommend and implement capital effectiveness best practices (e.g. team alignment, target setting, project controls, rate of change, value improving practices, leading technology, constructability, planning for startup).
Identify, recommend and implement project management best practices based on thorough knowledge of project management.
Consult the equipment reliability strategy. Support reliability analysis.
Define technical project objectives utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures.
Ensures cost effective utilization and integrity of automated tools and technology.
Responsible for leading project/engineering deliverables, design standards, planning and/or implementation of operational vision, direction and strategy.
University degree or equivalent with main focus on engineering (e.g. Process Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production technology, Automation) or equivalent technical focus.
At least 3 years’ experience in Build Project Management.
Project management and change management skills.
Deployment of new initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and German.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex operational, engineering and business activities.
