Position Purpose

To conceptualize & spearhead all the Sales Training initiatives for internal & out company sales personnel. Also development and execution of capability building plans for the sales personnel is essential.

  • Execute the Trainer Sessions for the development of regional Sales Trainers

  • Coaching the regional Sales Trainers for effective planning & execution of Sales Training interventions in line with regional Plans/ strategy

  • Monitor & improve the Sales Training implementation for increasing effectiveness of the sales force

  • Execute & measure opportunities to enhance cargill image at the Retail by way of Training

  • Custodian for Training Programmes on Traditional and Modern Trade, Additional Channel, Bakery and Marketing operations at Market level.

  • Manage Sales Training Vendor(s) & Trainers and the Training content & software vendors

  • Analysis and Evaluation of Sales Training initiatives

  • Conducting TNAs and creating need based customized modules for Sales, Category & Channel, RTM.

  • Overall responsibility of utilizing Sales Training budgets effectively.

  • Coordination with business schools & professional institutes for customized Training and Development programs for the Sales Managers

  • Liaison with other comparable organizations for benchmarking Training & Development practices.
