To conceptualize & spearhead all the Sales Training initiatives for internal & out company sales personnel. Also development and execution of capability building plans for the sales personnel is essential.
Execute the Trainer Sessions for the development of regional Sales Trainers
Coaching the regional Sales Trainers for effective planning & execution of Sales Training interventions in line with regional Plans/ strategy
Monitor & improve the Sales Training implementation for increasing effectiveness of the sales force
Execute & measure opportunities to enhance cargill image at the Retail by way of Training
Custodian for Training Programmes on Traditional and Modern Trade, Additional Channel, Bakery and Marketing operations at Market level.
Manage Sales Training Vendor(s) & Trainers and the Training content & software vendors
Analysis and Evaluation of Sales Training initiatives
Conducting TNAs and creating need based customized modules for Sales, Category & Channel, RTM.
Overall responsibility of utilizing Sales Training budgets effectively.
Coordination with business schools & professional institutes for customized Training and Development programs for the Sales Managers
Liaison with other comparable organizations for benchmarking Training & Development practices.
