The Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing global operational support of the application middleware environment to meet incident and request service level agreements utilizing the BMC Remedy ITIL tool. The Operations Analyst performs queue management, issue triage, service request fulfillment, represent and implement emergency changes, root cause investigations, maintenance activities, fulfillment of life cycle activites, environment builds, as well as incident resolution of issues and problems which are ambigious and complex. This position will work an 8hr shift Monday thru Friday (8hrs x 5days) and will participate in a weekend & holiday on-call support rotation (12hrs x 2days).
Incident & Service Request Management and Team management, resolve pro-active/monitored issues, identify & escalate reoccurring problems, and resolve issues reported by other IT teams or trading partners. Troubleshoots moderately complex application software issues, and utilizes a standard and full knowledge to resolves issues.
Works with the IT business partnering capability and interacts with management, consultants, and users to compile and prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions to applications and successfully implement changes. Performs moderately complex ongoing application and system support. Participates in performance improvement activities.
Queue Management to ensure timely communications regarding response and resolution to; incidents, service request or general tasks assigned to the Remedy queue, providing standard information regarding the integration and deployment of applications across the business.
Provides input into the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software and TGRC compliance standards.
Includes providing input for formulating and defining system scope and objectives
Includes providing input for the assessment of supportability and effectiveness of total systems throughout system lifecycle.

Bachelor’s Degree in , in business, engineering, computer science, IT, or MIS
6- 8years of experience leading IT teams.
Should have experience of ITIL process. Should be familiar with Remedy process
Proven experience with global customer service or working with a culturally diverse team.
Proven experience with Unix and Microsoft server environments, database, and general networking fundamentals
Proficient experience in Application Development lifecycle
Proven experience in A2A and/or B2B integration support
Proven experience in web technology support including Java and windows web technologies
Proven Experience working with partners to evaluate business needs and define requirements
Tibco / Webmethods middleware profiles
Technoclogies – Tibco BW(Business Works,), RV, Tibco EMS, TiBCO Products, Enterprise message Service, Hawk.
