Description

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible generating Accounts Receiveable billing documents, monitoring errors and discrepancies for any system generated billing documents, providing special handling services and coordinates output of billing documents. In addition, this role is to provide assistance to our Business Unit partners for general billing issues. We value optimal customer service, while focusing on processing efficiencies and supporting a team environment.

Principal Accountabilities:

50% Generate Billing Documents – this includes the creation and generation of A/R billing documents, Intercompany documents, monitoring multiple reports to determine what is preventing orders or invoices from processing completely and to mange invoice exception resolution.

35% Special Handling – Enter A/R invoice information into customer web portals to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, provide documentation, such as BOL’s and vouchers, with customer invoices based upon specific customer requirements.

10% Output – Receive notification on output failures, work with the customer to get accurate contact information and update our system so future invoice distribution is successful.

5% Customer Service – Assist with adhoc requests or other billing duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 year Associate Degree or equivalent business experience

  • Proven knowledge/profiency in MS Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands simultaneously

  • Problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • B2 Level of English based on CEFR

  • Strong desire to work in a team environment, but also the ability to work independently

  • Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly

  • Ability to read, and understand documents

  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Analytical thinking

Preferred:

  • Multitask oriented

  • AS 400 (CMMP,JDE) Experience

  • SAP Experience

  • Proficient in Excel
