  • Follow, establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems (SAP) and process that support inventory forecasting, call off, and material control;

  • Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established quality and delivery targets;

  • Establish and supervise production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules;

  • Develop, implement and manage cross-functional (Formulation, Production, Sourcing), fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements;

  • Create, receive and check all transport documents for incoming raw materials;

  • Maintain, follow, develop and create KPIs to measure effectiveness of supply of raw materials and provides strategies to decrease the level of stocks to an optimum level; Verify that company’s quality standards are met by the suppliers;

  • Evaluates suppliers in terms of quality of services and products, generates operational reports when needed, maintains the system (MRP) and checks the pollution of the system is at lowest as possible.


Required Qualifications:

  • Economic studies;

  • Good knowledge of food/feed market and specifics of food/feed market;

  • Very good PC abilities (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point);

  • Minimum 1 year material management experience;

  • Multitasking and good in problem solving;

  • SAP Knowledge (advantage);

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, well organized, integrity, responsibility and courage;

  • Very good English language literacy;

  • Logistic experience (advantage).
