Key duties & responsibilities:
Ensuring the achievement of sales budgets. Implementation of strategies as designed by BU.
Preparing & implementing action plans in order to reach targets.
Regional sales analysis – Turnover & tonnage wise, month wise and product wise.
Monitoring Key Account Sales on monthly basis.
Conducting trials with customers or third parties.
Monitoring & Maintaining DSO and collecting receivables as per schedule.
Monitoring sales expenses.
Proper forecasting of the requirements – Product, Customer and Area wise
Control of the stock & expiry date at branch/distributor level & take corrective action.Control On Receivables:
Monitoring credit limits customer wise and adhering to the company’s credit policies.
Regular follow up & monitoring to collect the overdue out-standings.
Strict follow up of company guidelines/ policies for travel & other expenses.

Implementation and monitoring ethical business practices :
Identification of Key Customer account, networking and build up customer relations for commercial benefits to Organization.
Ensure Implementation of ethical business practices at Customer / Institutional level / business development Programs.
Qualification & Experience:
Master/Bachelor in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry/ Master/Bachelor in any stream preferably Science
Degree or Diploma in Management
3 – 5 years of Sales & Managerial Experience
Knowledge of market and geography
Expert knowledge of Sales and marketing
Knowledge of business, administration and Business principles
Well versed with computer knowledge
Decision taking capabilities
