You primary mission is to support the creation of market & business intelligence across EMEA level. This means that, you are responsible for the execution of market research and data integrity, support continuous improvement of segmentation, service levels and performance against business rules. This position reports into the Marketing Director EMEA.
Support Market Intelligence Initiatives
Create actionable insights on the drivers of markets and identify growth opportunities through market data research, following end-markets and analysis of internal data sources.
Supporting & collaborating with product line management in sizing of the market and translating external analysis for specific product line strategies.
Contribute to strategy development by supporting the creation of external market scans, in cooperation with the marketing team.
Support Main Business Intelligence Initiatives
Support continuous improvement/review of customer segmentation, working with the Marketing Director.
Facilitate continuous review/improvement of service levels and business rules along the lines of the customer segmentation working with sales, product line as well as the various functions.
Ensure measurement of performance against the above and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome.
Analyze customer insights from Salesforce.com; customer development plans, technical and commercial pipelines, visit reports etc. and translate this into to business opportunities.
Create various business intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate customer satisfaction survey process & action planning.
BA in marketing, general business or related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience (food industry preferred) and minimum of 5 years working experience.
Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools and effective data analysis skills.
Flexible, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
International outlook/experience, full professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), additional languages an advantage.
Excellent with Excel & PowerPoint, experience with Salesforce.com, advanced in web research skills.
