Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our APAC Malt Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator, responsible for the safe and efficient distribution of grain/malt inbound and outbound by utilizing contracted train and road services in the most cost effective way while meeting contractual requirements. The role requires to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders in the process, such as plant operations, transport providers and grain storage handlers to ensure that DIFOTIQ KPIs are met to their highest level.

As an experienced logistics person, you will play an integral role in the end to end processes and procedures for logistics activities. You will have an eye for detail , managing and tracking orders in multiple systems, ensuring timely supply as well as to be able to report back on supply performance measures including root cause analysis.


All about you

Having come from a similar role, you will have:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, use knowledge and initiative to problem solve promptly

  • Qualifications in a Supply Chain ,Logistics or Business Administration related field are preferred

  • A strong track record of success in logistics relating to supply execution

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of logistics processes and customer service

  • Have a solid understanding of reporting ;KRAs and KPI

  • Be part of continuous improvement initiatives, innovations and new projects in all areas of the department

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive

  • Contribute in a team environment through developing positive working relationships

  • Commitment to service and performance excellence

  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and proactively manage stakeholders and conflicting priorities

  • Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP preferable
