Under the supervision of the Category Sales Lead develop and implement Dairy,Bakery strategy aligned with the Business Strategy, relationship strategies, region and account planning, sales budgeting and demand planning for customers in dairy sector.
30% Sales of local oil/fat products from the Efremov oil plant to Russian (CIS) customers in dairy segment: identify and establish primary contacts with new customers, provide prices. discuss/agree on main transaction terms, arrange product samples and trial deliveries, confirm new business transactions, provide provisional delivery plans to customer service and production etc. Annual sales budget execution in terms of volumes and overall contribution.
30% Establish/support/develop relations with existing and potential customers - distribution accounts through regular phone communication, meetings, special customer events to fully understand customers' needs and market trends/preferences. Get and analyse sales data from the customers. provide market reports and product coverage recommendations to customers, together with applications discuss customer product requirements and initiate/monitor new product development; prepare and execute key account plans.
10% Contract management (contract text preparation and approval), execution follow-up (based on actual performance and customer feedback), complaint resolution supervision (together with QC, CSR specialists), customer payment performance monitoring (together with respective accounting specialists); monitor customer market exposure/risk. Get and analyse sales data, discuss customer product requirements, prepare and execute Customer Development Plans.
10% Provide inputs for business planning and measurement processes, including market data analysis, sales forecasting/budgeting for specific customers and products.
10% Execution/participation in special business projects (new products development or study of new sales segments/markets).
10% Coordinate and manage various business supporting activities, incl. sales budgeting, monthly updates of the demand plan, coordination on S&OP execution, manage credit exposure with customer base including collection of past due accounts. Perform other miscellaneuous/administrative tasks, such as providing new customer details for JDE systems, requesting new/revised payment terms for customers.
College degree in economics/finance/marketing;
Fluent Level of English is required
min 2 years experience in the Food Indastry;
readiness to travel across Russia and CIS;
good verbal and written communication skills;
good analytical, planning and presentation skills.
