Management Associate Position:
The Management Associate is an entry-level agribusiness management position. Associates will complete an extensive 24-30 month training program which assists you in developing your technical and management skills. The program includes learning of both strategic and tactical business concepts within Cargill’s Feed and Nutrition business. Associates will be evaluated on their learning’s through leadership and actions. Once you have demonstrated an understanding of the business, you would be given management responsibilities in the functional area you trained reporting to the functional leaders in the business.
Management Associates are accountable for a wide variety of challenging aspects of the business including: revenue and profit growth, employee engagement, talent development.
Areas of responsibilities will include:
Feed formulation and pricing
Staffing and Supervision

Key Accountabilities :
Depending on the size and scope of the region, this position will have accountability or shared accountability for the following:
Revenue & Profit Growth – Product formulation leadership and projects. Pricing execution, consultant support on Formulation and Spot Pricing.
Marketing & Sales – Involvement in new product launch, customer segmentation, dealership management, value creation.
Customer Operations – Working capital management and customer service.
Talent Development & Engagement – Supervise, train, coach, challenge and motivate direct reports. Identify and interview candidates for administrative functional areas of the business.
