Position Purpose

Responsible for leading administrative support and Office Services.

Principal Accountabilities

Key focus areas of this role is to (a) provide general administrative support efficiently and effectively (b) proper management of company events and activities, (c) ensures proper implementation of administrative processes and procedures.


Administrative Support

  • Handles Logistic Arrangements for all CFN Visitors

  • Fleet management ( Vehicle monitoring; maintenance; issuance; safekeeping)

  • Handles mobile phone processing/ laptop processing (thru coordination with IT)

  • Handles Office Uniforms processing

  • Petty Cash Management

  • Housekeeping (upkeep and maintenance of office equipment in coordination with IT; Orderliness and Cleanliness of CFN Buildings)

  • Champion company events (Mass Meetings; Chrismas Party, International Women's Day, Green Day, Summer Outing, Family Day etc.)

  • Review Canteen Services

  • Attend to guests/ visitors of the plant

  • Ensures that all incoming and outgoing documents are properly distributed and transmitted. Maintain files/ record of documents handled.

  • Manage day to day schedule of 2 Admin drivers

Manage Costs

  • Ensures that all activities are worked within budget

  • Monitors expenses vs allotted budget

Supplies Management

  • Supplies Requisition and PO Creation- office supplies; pantry supplies; tissues; vendo; office equipment; office uniforms.

  • Ensures supplies availability at all times. Do coordination on Plant Coordinators for supplies ordering, for consolidation.



  • Graduate of Business Courses.

  • With at least 2-3 years’ experience in General Services/ Admin Functions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS office.

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.

  • Well-organized, attention to details.

  • Strong work ethic, reliable.

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Drive for continuous improvement.
