ThePlant Systems & Control supervisor is responsible with his team, for areliable and continuous improving Sweeteners Production Process by maintaining,evaluating and improving the plants maintenance and OPS reliability programs,while ensuring the safety and food-safety in the Sweeteners production areas.

MajorTasks

  • You will responsible for the Process Control& Automation domain and act as a Senior Process Control & AutomationEngineer

  • You will be accountable for management of theTotal lifecycle (Build, Support, Operations, Maintain, Improve) of ProcessControl Systems and related Applications.

  • You will pro-actively support initiatives inManufacturing Excellence and Continuous improvement

  • You will support and give guidance tomanagement by setting up and supporting the implementation of the locationmasterplan and the Process Control & Automation Roadmap.

  • You will support and participate together withEIA project organization in execution of the local CAPEX envelope

  • You will lead, drive and champion the usage ofcommon solutions based on best practices

  • You will report into the Local CapitalEffectiveness & Engineering Manager

  • You are willing to travel occasionally to otherCargill locations and third parties.

  • You will provide supervision of team members including work distribution, mentoring/coaching, performance management and feedback, provides assistance with individual development plans and/or career goals, succession planning, manages resource needs , overall team engagement.

  • You will lead , drive implementation of process control & automation strategies aligned with business objectives, according to best practices and changes executed according to documented management of change process

  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing and auditing Process Control & Automation maintenance reliability programs, in close collaboration with EI Maintenance department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in process automation

  • 5 years of experience as a team leader / supervisor in OPS engineering.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams as well as be an effective team member in plant operations environment

  • 10 years of experience in functional and technical design and realization of applications for process control and automation systems

  • Profound experience with application development on a DCS system

  • Project execution

  • Have proven working experience as a team leader / supervisor with Apollo RCA processes, TPM (Black belt ) and Reliability Excellence programs.

  • Proven experience in optimizing and introduction of new maintenance reliability PM and PdM programs.

  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation

  • Application and system specifics knowledge of at least 1 Process Control System

  • Working knowledge of Siemens PCS7 system
