Job location(s): Sofia, Bulgaria
This position is responsible for assisting with Global Mobility assignments, compensation and system setup and assisting others with supporting international assignments. This position requires a desire to work with various levels of employees and management, along with various cultures.
Prepare and update Pay Packages in GA (based on data received from the International Assignment Consultant), communicate pay packages to local payroll teams for processing, maintain assignee/assignment documentation in appropriate systems, prepare assignment documentation including LOAs, letter addendums and repatriation memos, and distribute standard Global Mobility documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
Execute administrative and transactional activities (systems updates/changes) for in scope assignments. This includes completing Initiation Form, database setup for all in scope assignment types. Additionally, participate in ongoing management reporting requirements
Initiate and coordinate external vendor services
Update and maintain assignment database, update/maintain assignee/assignment file.
Partner with Global Mobility Operations Team Lead to deliver comprehensive customer service solutions, identify ways to meet changing global organizational needs, participate in continuous improvement efforts and evolve CBS services and tools, as necessary.
Participate in Global Mobility and/or other projects, as assigned, adhere to defined Global Mobility processes, ensure optimum usage of global expatriate software system.
2 years experience in Human Resources or Finance preferred
Experience in payroll would be considered as a strong advantage
Fluent in English – written & verbal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people; cross cultural communication skills and empathy desirable
Proven analysis skills and ability to create and interpret data and reports
Demonstrated attention to detail; strong organizational skills
Strong personal initiative and ability to explore and work with limited supervision
Ability to handle confidential information and use of discretion and judgment necessary
Proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Global Mobility or Relocation experience
Fluency in more than one language
Experience with Deloitte’s Global Advantage application.
