Description

Position Purpose

Responsible on the assurance of warehouse inventory of all the Sku’s ( Products, packaging, crates, pallets plastics, Raw materials, ) Implement cycle count and follow inventory policy.

Responsibilities

MANAGE INVENTORY COUNTS/CONTROLS

  • Provide daily inventory report

  • Conduct Daily and Weekly Cycle count

  • Review and clean -up of hanging delivery physical and system

  • Freeze Inventory Module, print and download the held balance

  • Review and summarize count and reflect in the prescribe reconcillation template.

  • Print Inventory Difference summary and secure approval base on the approval matrix.

  • Submit Inventory Counts and recon status template with valid and verifiable information regarding the inventory accuracy.

  • Prepare cut-off checklist shipment ( Delivery Receipts and last checked-in transaction )

  • Delivery Receipts ( last used and First unused ).

  • A daily selective inventory is performed as a complement to assure the correct registration of warehouse Movement.

  • The warehouse area validates the report of adjustment to the inventory against the main documents authorized to assure that they were registered correctly.

SHELF LIFE MANAGEMENT

  • Provide ageing report on the daily basis

  • Ensure FEFO/FIFO was implemented on the daily basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • University degree

  • 1 year experience in warehousing, logistics and distribution

  • 1 years experience in foods business to business supply chain environment

  • One year of work experience in Inventory Management

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills (frequent interaction with different functions/levels)

  • Good analytical skills

  • Hands-on problem solver

  • Self-starter, initiative taking

  • Process & task oriented

  • Ability to perform under time pressure
