HR Solutions - Talent Specialist

Job location: Warsaw

Position Purpose:

As a member of the EMEA Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Talent Domain team, you will be responsible for delivering talent HR programs/solutions in the domain areas of talent management, career development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, engagement, recognition and/or performance management. You are expected to have knowledge in the processes, tools and methodologies associated with these domain areas.

You will lead and/or facilitate small-medium size projects/programs, managing client relationships to deliver HR solutions within the talent domain scope.

In-scope talent facilitation services may include but is not limited to: learning and development programs, employee engagement, inclusion & diversity, annual talent review & Talent Talk processes, coaching and mentoring, organizational design and team effectiveness.

Business Leader:

Support the delivery of HR programs/solutions that help Cargill create a talent-based competitive advantage.

  • Represent the needs of the talent domain in the delivery of talent program/solution offerings

  • Ensure that the organization is providing relevant, effective facilitation services to business managers within the talent domain and within the region

  • Leverage and enforce tools, methodologies and processes to support the effective and efficient delivery of talent programs/solutions

  • Work in close partnership with the Talent and Performance COE to identify appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation when necessary, and leveraging existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate

  • Collaborate with GHRS Business Relationship Leads, Market Leads, CBS and Business HR, in delivering the “continuum of services” and measuring the quality and performance of such solutions

  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees

  • Ensure the desired business results are prioritized and the development of organization capability needs are addressed and operationalized

  • Recommends and delivers talent programs/solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers

  • Responsible for achieving performance metrics in alignment with Global HR Solutions and Talent and Performance COE strategic performance objectives

Talent Leader:

Provide relevant, effective facilitation services to Cargill’s businesses and functions.

  • Develop and sustain valuable HR program/solution facilitation and coaching skills, and overall effectiveness of teams

  • Define and monitor performance and service quality metrics in alignment with Global HR Solutions and Talent & Performance COE strategic objectives

  • Facilitates to accelerate the development of key talent, increase employee engagement and drive high performance

Change Leader:

Champion the implementation of Talent COE programs/solutions to achieve desired business results and provide an excellent client experience.

  • Interface with regional HR Solutions, HR COE’s, HR Business Partners and HR CBS centers to deliver talent solution

  • Represent domain in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader market services area

  • Provide geography feedback into services priorities to ensure regional adoption

  • Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies within the domain to gain efficiency in delivering HR solutions

Culture Steward:

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years of relevant business and/or human resources experience

  • Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing programs/solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity

  • Exposure to talent domain methodologies, tools and processes

  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a lean environment

  • Experience in learning, designing and implementing new and / or improved processes (both people and businesses.)

  • Demonstrated business acumen

  • Drive for results with results/outcome focus

  • Analytical and assessment skills;

  • Consulting and contracting skills.

  • Able to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Building technical expertise in some talent practice area;

  • Proficient at delivery the tools/methods/processes for which he/she is responsible.

  • Country/Regional HR Knowledge

  • Able to define, collect and use metrics

  • English and local language are required

  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and influence key stakeholders

  • Expertise in talent domain methodologies, tools and processes

  • Preferred experience in a shared services organization or in a consulting firm

  • Proven consulting and contracting skills that drive high performance

  • Project Management experience in small projects across 2/3 counties or one business unit

  • Leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a regional and global team

Essential Position Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as required, up to 70%, mostly within region as well as some internationally.
