We are looking for an individual to build employer brand recognition by developing and overseeing a creative marketing and public relations campaign to attract people who want to support Cargill in nourishing the world. With research and creativity combined, you will work with Corporate Affairs to develop engaging written and visual content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other the emergent social platforms as well as manage the image as an employer on sites such as Glassdoor.

We’ll Trust You To Build Cargill’s Brand Story By

  • Developing targeted external recruitment messaging, identify social engagement opportunities, and recommend go-to-market candidate attraction strategies for key talent groups across the globe

  • Managing relationships with external social platforms in order to master ever-shifting algorithms and interfaces

  • Leading initiatives that enable Cargill to be recognized externally for its compelling story

  • Defining reporting metrics and analytics to measure success of implementations targeted at driving candidate engagement with the brand

Qualifications

Do You Have What it Takes?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or Human Resources (Employer Brand)

  • A fresh perspective on social storytelling and is not afraid to push the boundaries in the pursuit of entertaining and informing prospects in creative new ways

  • Marketing and Sales knowledge and the ability to apply marketing and sales theories in practice

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Social media expertise with a powerful online presence

  • Talent Acquisition experience where employer brand is top of mind

  • Analytical skills to understand data and influencers of brand impact

  • Successful track record of working across different groups to influence change

  • Experience working in a global matrix environment (with different external brands)
