TheGlobal pricing strategist will join theFIBI(Food Ingredients & Bio Industrials)CommercialExcellence team to work on strategic pricing projectstodeploy leading practices, process design and thought leadershipacross multipleFIBIBusiness Unitsand products.

As a Global Pricing Strategist, you willbe responsible for financial and business data analytics, and project management activities including:project leadership, project planning, project execution, project control, and business results. You will partner directly with FIBI leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth through strategic pricing initiatives and see approved initiatives all the way through implementationandmeasurementof outcomes.

This position requires travel, typically around 35%, including international travel. Travel will be based on locations of Business Units deploying Commercial Excellence COE. 

You will be accountable for

50%       Make improvements-Execute on project plan within budget, including full solution design and deployment of the project, status tracking, issue resolution and guidance, and deliver capability. Ensure fullknowledge transfer to the business/function anddocumentproject closure/lessons learned documentation.

30%       Identify requirements-Work with FIBI Businesses to identify business requirements based on expertise assessing Business models, commercial, operations and business processes. Identifyopportunities for improved profitability byreviewingexisting documentation, interviewingrelevant stakeholders,and aligning withbest practices, internaland external benchmarking, etc.Facilitate business learning’s to identify business requirements and opportunities for Strategic Pricingimprovements across the FIBI Enterprise.

20%     Develop pipeline-Identify anddefineStrategic Pricingsolutions for business units.  Establish relationships and partner with Business Unit Leaders and Leadership teams to engage Business Units inStrategic Pricingdeployments.IND123

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or country equivalent

8years or moreexperience in a projectanalyst role or consulting rolepreferably in Strategic Pricing

5 or more years of experience applyingprojectmanagement principles in your workincluding:planning, cost, quality, schedule, and gate review process.

5 or more years of experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to influence or support strategic business decisions.

Fluent in English language

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or MIS degree

Experience working with a global team

Working experiences across multipleindustries

Knowledge of business process mapping methodology

Business fluency in Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese(speaking multiple languages ishighlypreferred)

Demonstrated Skill in Execution and Measurement for Continuous Improvement in Financial Performance

Sales or procurement experience

Advanced Skills in Economic Value Analysis

Advanced Practical knowledge and application of B2B, B2D2C, and CPG Strategic Pricing

Advanced RFP and Negotiation Team Skills
