Forklift Operators are responsible for product handling, including loading, unloading and re-stocking of product and supplies.
Principal accountabilities :
Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment; palletizing products as they come off the line in proper stack patterns, ensure stacking area is clean and free of contaminants, stack and pick ingredients for production’s needs.
Accountable for completing the necessary paperwork, to include, but not limited to: Filling out proper loose stack form and return to the QA office, receive finished product in SAP, pre-operational checklists for appropriate industrial equipment and return to proper location and ability to perform cycle counts of inventory and packaging at the direction of inventory adjusters
Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Thisposition shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safetymanagement system to identified person(s).This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate andrecord actions.Acquire and maintainknowledge of HACCP/OPRP/PRP (GMP) policies and requirements to complete allmonitoring and/or verifications tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management

Positive Attitude and Problem Solving skills.
Be physically able to perform the job duties including extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, shoveling, sweeping, and continually lifting up to 60lbs.
Proficient in basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Willingness to complete all required training post-hire including: Proper lift techniques, quality assurance OPRP training, and pallet jack operation.
High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures/directions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and address concerns with appropriate parties.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to advance skillset.
Experience operating a forklift and/or warehousing experience
Experience with SAP and/or HMI
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner
