As the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution Manager, reporting to the CPG Sales Excellence Lead, you will primarily be responsible for the management of salesforce.com systems that have been deployed across Cargill Protein Group. This will include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users as their first point of contact, coordinating with support to implement new system configurations and updates, business data uploading, creating reporting and dashboards, developing best practices, working with internal and external vendors, creating and maintaining technical and training documentation, and tracking and ensuring issues are resolved. You will assist with the relationship between IT and the business to ensure project timelines and expectations are being met, systems are functioning as intended, and processes are optimized and being performed by the correct people.
This position will be located in Wichita, KS United States.
40% System management of Salesforce.com (troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, coordinating new system configurations and updates, Creating reports and dashboards, business data loading, developing best practices, working with internal and external vendors, creating and maintaining technical and Training documentation, and developing and communicating action plans to resolve issues
30% Drive sales initiatives, CRM adoption / use ability, remain engaged with key stakeholders including potential training
20% Execute change management / best practices
5% Understand and be able to create and update WalkMe walkthroughs and provide usage statistics as needed
5% Other tasks as needed
Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing reporting and analysis, sales, sales operations and /or marketing role in a commercial, CPG, or related environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com navigation
Demonstrated knowledge of business data management tools, applications, and techniques
Experience conducting solution demonstrations
Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements for application development and create training and process flow documentation
Creative mind with forward vision in business analytics and ability to find insights from data
Demonstrated customer focus with strong communication skills
Demonstrated initiative, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Highly organized, task oriented, independent worker including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment with tight timelines
Demonstrated leader and collaborator to analyze data, lease with other departments and execute on strategic initiatives and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Microsoft Office suite intermediate to advanced skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
Salesforce.com training or certification
Minimum 2 years of experience with a CRM tool, preferably web based
Experience with Configure Price Quote tools
Experience with WalkMe
Previous project management experience
