Position Purpose & Summary

Achieve the territory Sales Targets and collect product performance as well as market intelligence. Interface with dealers/farmers and the organisation on regular basis.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Absolute owner of the numbers for the territory (accountable). Execute the Territory business plan(including forcasting, and sales volume achievement). Focus on medium to big feeders and dealers. Build and maintain relationships. Service the farmer, data collection in coordination with TSM

  • Identify and manage dealership to achieve teritory sales volume. Appoint dealers in consulation with ASM.

  • Collect feedback from dealers/market/ competition/farmers and report to ASM. Manage appropriate communication between the company and dealers /farmers.

  • Plan and lead small FGMs and mass meetings, Fair with focus on sales promotion.Collect and execute sales orders by coordinating between a dealer and company.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required

  • Analytical written and oral communication

  • Planning, execution and people management

  • Proven track record in sales and technical environment

  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferable: industry/technical knowledge and experience

  • Master’s degree with Fisheries, Aqua culture, Marine biology and any other life sciences

  • MBA people with aqua related experience is also preferable

  • Post Graduation in Marketing (or) Sales Management

  • Aquaculture experience preferrable
