Description

Responsibilities:

Education Design Leadership

Apply consulting process, performance improvement and adult learning principles to translate Tartan education needs into performance requirements and needed development resources on a global scale, by project in order to manage build execution.

Collaboration & Integration

Enable understanding of business roles and change impacts to ensure education content is developed accurately to meet business needs.

Education Quality Assurance

  • Ensure education materials and documentation is of a high quality to enable accurate, efficient and effective content.

  • Create/maintain scorecard that includes volume/types of request, adherence to SLA, etc.

  • Report out to Cargill leadership on this data.

  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate process effectiveness, measure business impact, and gauge client satisfaction.

  • Continuously strive to improve the clients overall experience.

  • Prepares reports directly.

Vendor Management

  • Select, develop and retain a high performing vendor

  • Timesheet Management

  • Accountable for work execution of team members including, Manage work responsibilities of vendor; evaluate resource levels, ensure delivery of quality work product by team, Set performance targets and evaluate/enforce performance against target

  • Report on work status of team as required

  • Communicate key decisions, Cargill information and other enabling information to team

  • Support, encourage and facilitate collaboration and communication between teams.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in learning and development, performance consultation,

  • project management and strategic implementations.

  • Supervisory experience, including managing virtual teams

  • Vendor management experience on a global basis

  • SAP/ERP Experience

Technical Skills:

  • Highly skilled in needs analysis, instructional design and design of learning resources, with strong business partnering and presentation skills.

  • Ability to design, analyze and present relevant performance metrics to prove the value of programs.

  • Ability to transform process and ERP information into core instructional design modules that can be implemented on a global scale.

  • Solid leadership skills and presence to interact with senior management both locally and globally.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and plan for obstacles or barriers to learning and development solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability at multi-tasking and prioritization of deliverables.

  • Significant project management experience involving global scale projects managing both scope and deliverables

  • Ability to transform business/customer information into knowledge to provide solutions that create value.

  • Ability to plan and work within budgetary constraints and with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to bring people together to accomplish common goals by sharing information, actively listening, providing candid feedback, resolving conflict and understanding/leveraging different behavioral styles.

  • Ability to translate program vision into practical and pragmatic action steps.

  • Buisness Fluency in English.

Education:

  • Advanced Degree

  • ASTD CPLP certification preferred.

  • PMI Project Management Certification preferred
