Strategy and Planning
Partnering with RPA CoE Lead in CBS Bangalore to provide the thought leadership to develop the strategic direction and approach for the RPA efforts across CBS centers and Product Portfolios including CRM/ERP/SAP, including related process maturity and resource planning with respect to onerations only.
Assess the RPA execution maturity and work to build and mature it to improve quality objectives.
Determine capacity, knowledge, and skillset needed to deliver RPA to a global portfolio of operations.
Assist in baselining cost structure and performance metrics related to RPA operational activities, and determine strategic actions to decrease costs and improve efficiency of the operations team.
Assist by proposing adjustments in the operating model and foster strategic partnership with the regional business stakeholders and the IT RPA CoE team. Actively contribute building RPA Knowledge Management
Incorporate aspects of ML and AI into the operations journey with a focus on Continuos Improvement to achieve maximum efficiency gain through technology.
Provide guidance to the operational excellence of the RPA activites within the team and across the BUs being supported.
Oversee and provide guidance to the operations team on the execution of RPA incident, problem, and change management.
Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management in monthly reviews with the business units that are leveraging RPA capabilities to ensure strong business relationships exist and are appropriately managed.
Lead the operations team through ITIL aligned processes.
Accountable for all incident escalations with respect to RPA activities in a follow the sun model with CBS IT Bangalore. Target near zero critical incidents; proactively react to the critical incidents with the detailed written explanation
Gradutate(CS/EE/ECE) or MCA/ MS /MTech. (CS) with 10 yrs of experience
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on leading through ambiguity and influencing senior level management and key business stakeholders; ability to lead a geopgraphically disburse team.
Developing and maintaining properly controlled IA Operations Command Centre in Bangalore.
Proper upkeep of the operations and Bots Preventative maintenance programs including liaising with Bot Developers, Business SMEs etc.
Identifying and justifying new capital expenditure requirements in terms of People, Infrastructure, Licenses, Technology Stack etc…
Coach, mentor and lead a diverse group of associates and operations engineers
Ensuring good communication with clients, take complete ownership of the tickets and drive them to closure within agreed SLAs
Define OLAs with associated teams and adhere to the service level while solve the problem exceeding customer experience
The Operations Lead will also be responsible for Learning and Development program, maintenance of BOT Inventory, Analytics (MIS), Branding, Content Management, KM and UX
Supervise and provide leadership to onsite team, ensuring compliance with appropriate policies
Communicate effectively both within immediate team and Cargill leadership. Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results
Ownership of all the Playbooks, processes and procedures of Intelligent Automation
Define framework and standards for outages and problem management, including reporting and metrics, business continuity plans, quarter close process, and communications strategy.
Define and implement BOT monitoring strategy working along with RPA Tech CoE Leader
Define, develop, maintain, and test Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes
Has well developed questioning, investigative and listening skills. Is able to gather, evaluate and assess the relevance of information. Understands and can use basic techniques associated with influencing and negotiating. Able to manage and facilitate meetings.
Experience in ITIL processes and Remedy.
3 years of mandatory RPA support operations experience
Experience in data analysis and reporting, especially on operational data such as incidents and problems.
Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations or dev-ops teams.
Experience in implementation of Operational tools like deployment, monitoring, performance measurement tools, etc.
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver while mentoring and helping team.
Able to ensure understanding of issues and present clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Can use two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.
