Position Purpose:

Primary responsibility will be coordination of customer sales, working with internal teams along with sales consultants and customers supporting ingredient sales. In addition, the position will be responsible for development of sales skills along with products, markets and industry knowledge. The position will cover all aspects of the customer relationship from service to sales.

Principal Accountabilities:

40% Customer sales support including customer and supplier order processing, logistics coordination and customer invoicing.

20% Work directly with customers in proactive sales manner. Regular communication to develop business relationships.

10% Prepare and present product pricing proposals basis understanding of all compenents of pricing model.

10% Maintain customer and supplier database with information specific to service or supply requirements.

10% Prepare and analyze product and customer sales trends reports to monitor purchase trends and sales opportunities.

10% Develop micro ingredient product and supplier knowledge through industry relationships.


Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s Degree or 1-2 years of work experience in sales, customer service or marketing.

  • Energetic personality with service focus able to work proactively to support business needs.

  • Outgoing individual able to develop strong customer relationships.

  • Able to prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet customer and business needs timely and accurately.

  • Confident, strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work within a team as strong supporting member.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest to learn micro ingredient products, suppliers and markets.

  • Agriculture background or understanding of industry.

  • Experience in the use of computer and software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
