This position is responsible for key work processes within the Butler North Plant involving managing database input, preparing presentations, generating operations reports, and other data entry processes. Additionally the position is responsible for providing administrative support to the North Plant Operations team in Butler.
80% Supporting Butler and Milwaukee Plant Management Team Critical Processes:The Administrative Assistant will, with minimal supervision, provide general administrative support including but not limited to the following:
1. SPC Data entry
2. Changeover Data Entry
3. JTP and Yearly Review Tracking
4. TVP Inclusion Tracking
5. BBS Data Entry
6. Ordering Supplies
7. Various Scorecard Data Entry
8. Electronic Filing of Daily Paperwork
9. Hourly Stakeholder Personal Day and Vacation Tracking
10. Operator Care Tag Tracking
11. Tracking of Action Item Log
12. Work Order Entry and Tracking
10% General administrative support to the Manager/Superintendent: This position will cascade communications throughout the plant as directed by the Department Manager and Superintendent, including email, correspondence, mail, and faxes. This person will interact with various levels of management on a day-to-day basis and may have access to confidential documents and materials. This position will require the individual to take initiative, use discretion and judgment as related to confidential matters and problems regarding project, department or division-related work, and update the manager/Superintendent on status.
10% Any Other Duties as Assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Administrative Support experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines and objectives
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience creating documents, charts, presentations, etc. from information provided
Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening (including proofreading and editing)
Formal Business Administrative Education, Certificate, or Degree program
Strong independent thinking skills
