Responsibilities:
The SAP Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the end to end activities of deploying and steady state usage of SAP to interface within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Cedar Rapids. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to for participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), leading end user training, participating in business simulation, being the point of contact for deployment, and assisting in post go live support. This individual will be the point of contact for any defects, issues, or questions coming from the end user community during and after Program Fusion. This individual will help to ensure information is entered into SAP via the MES in a timely and accurate manner. They will be involved daily with SAP to ensure that Operations, Accounting, Supply chain, M&R, and Procurement functions operate smoothly. As future deployments occur, this role will be integrated into those projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
60% - Steady State Role
Verify accuracy of plant production and monitor production inventory, chemical and in process inventory cycle counts, including error reports, variance reports, and technically complete process orders.
Work with Cedar Rapids SAP Continuous Improvement lead to implement initiatives within Savigent and SAP and training
Complete CRUD requests
Involvement in and expert in the Manufacturing Execution System
Has general knowledge in other functions, such as Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, FSQR, Maintenance, and Finance
Ability to be on-call for off-hour trouble shooting
Responsible for End User Training and Testing (may include basic computer skills training) including the development SOPs
20% - Support and provide process change in the business and plant
Champion the changes within the plant to help make processes successful including the way we do things within SAP across multiple departments.
Train and teach process changes to employees to ensure the success of the plant including the use of SAP and how it works within operations, supply chain, maintenance, FSQR.
20% - Project Process Role
Involved as a Super User for any systems connected with the Program Fusion implementation (MES, SAP, Fiord, TM, IBP, etc.) throughout the Program Fusion timeline
Develops advanced level transactional knowledge in targeted focus areas
Responsible for End User Training and Testing (may include basic computer skills training) including the development of SOPs
Develops an overall understanding of scope and a detailed process knowledge
Develops intermediate level transactional knowledge across multiple topic areas
Ability to be on-call for off-hour trouble shooting during Program Fusion and after implementation
Updating parameters into SAP as needed.
Able to work in BI (Business Intelligence)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or degree OR other applicable fields Or 2 years SAP experience.
Comfort in teaching others and facilitation; adapts training to meets different learning styles
Willingness to learn and enjoys learning new things; open to new or different ideas
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to provide leadership and motivation to engage employees in the business
Transparent and effective communicator; translates complex information into simple terms.
Ability to effectively prioritize and ensure timely execution of responsibilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint) Reporting software, business intelligence software tool and Web based software
Willingness to continue SAP and MES education
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of work experience in operations or related field
3 years Cargill experience
Experience working in the SAP solution
Understanding SAP requirements & communicating with end users how to use the system effectively
Knowledge of Cargill product line value chains and work processes
Very strong ability and desire to learn and apply new concepts
Understands whole SAP and manufacturing processes and impact of decisions; sees how things are connected
