Position Purpose:

The Food Safety Quality Regulatory (FSQR) Technical Writing Senior Technician position is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the Food Safety Quality and operational team documentation systems. This position is responsible the system that controls documentation along with tracelbility of learning and training activities.

Principal Responsibilities:

60% Responsible for documentation systems for FSQR and departments, both for content and learning management. Includes document development, alignment, control, and review processes.

30% Learn, development skills and assist with open text and technical writing projects as those are implemented across CSST sites.

10% Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned such as; Nourishing U assignment and compliance wire assistance.

This position is posted internally as well as externally.

Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.



  • Associate’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field with minimum 1 year experience working within a laboratory or food manufacturing environment OR HS Diploma/GED with minimum 3 years’ experience working within a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.

  • Flexibility to work schedules (holidays, and weekends as required).

  • Microsoft Office Suite working experience (Word and Excel).
