Position Purpose

Sales contract administration and sales managers support.

Principal Accountabilities

50% Provide proper contract administrative performance support to GEOS contract desks, Customer service desk and Accounting in Efremov

25% Work with internal business system JDE E1

20% Admin processing of new sales transactions: adding new customers and receivers to the systems, sending scan copies to customers

5% Prerare month-end splitting open contracts or closing executed and error contracts.


Required Qualifications

  • Higher education or Incomplete higher education

  • English basic level

  • One year experience in purchase, sales support, customer service desk, workflow, accounting etc.

  • Good knowledge of contract administration process, advanced PC user.

  • Good communication skills, to be a good team-member

  • Wish to learn and develop

  • Customer focus, work skills with multitasking, ability to prioritize

  • High degree of organization and efficiency.
