Description

Position Purpose

To enable CPN Europe to achieve business goals, this key position has two main responsibilities: 1) supporting the set up of strong additives and dynamic nutrition portfolio to targetted customers 2) leading the marketing for the complete poultry offering of products, services and solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

40% Additive Product launch

  • Develop a powerful go to market package for specific additive and dynamic solutions of the different category specialists

  • Responsible to secure proper implementation of the Cargill marketing academy tools (incl 7P’s) with each additive and dynamic nutrition solution we bring to market

  • Responsible for setting up and securing of additives and dynamic nutrition launching calendar in coordination with category specialists

40% Poultry Portfolio

  • Responsible for preparing (7P), planning the delivery, launch and management of products and services portfolios on marketing side

  • Responsible for building specie yearly marketing plans and participate to deliver budget in close cooperation with global SMT, local and commercial and technology teams.

15% Strategic marketing & Communication

  • Understand customer needs and unmet needs

  • Support strategic marketing on market inputs, market trends and profit pools per segment/countries

  • Coordinate timely and impactful communication plans around additives and dynamic nutrition and poultry with SMT Marcom team

  • Provide input and materials to Marcom team for the additive and dynamic nutrition solutions and poultry

5% Budget

  • Responsible to manage total marketing budget for additives, dynamic nutrition and poultry team

Qualifications

Education

  • University degree

  • Education in marketing or know how obtained via relevant formal trainings (eg Cargill Marketing Academy)

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work in a matrix system.

Experience

  • Over 5 years demonstrated expertise and proven track record in marketing in agricultural business, preferably in animal nutrition, poultry

  • Demonstrated proven success in project management;

  • Demonstrated success working in a multicultural environment and in a matrix organization

Skills

  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills

  • Project Management skills

  • Self-starter, but team player

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • Travel in Europe >30%

  • Fluent in English – both verbal and in writing
