Position Purpose

As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market team, this position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services focused on production staffing, process management of staffing related activities and ensuring completion of hiring compliance activities within our high volume production locations.

The HR Solutions Employee Experience Market Specialist – Associate Recruiter will serves as a member of the HR Employee Experience Specialist’s team responsible for delivering HR Employee Experience production recruiting services to the business. Acting under general supervision, the incumbent will utilize their HR Employee Experience knowledge to administer local recruitment processes related to position fulfillment, including local interview, selection and offer processes for identified locations, and supporting these key activities to ensure applicants transition through the hiring process in a highly efficient manner while maintaining all compliance requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

85% - Business Leader:

  • Serve as a specialist within the HR Solutions Employee Experience market HR Solution team to provide support to high volume production recruitment activities.

  • Provide recruiting services such as interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner with the CBS team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as interview management, correspondence, background screening processes, Pre-employment screening, medical review and holds, offer letter preparation and facilitation of new hires

  • Assisting and / or leading compliance reporting and document management for high volume recruitment activities such as disposition code completion, connect the dots and auditing of hiring records

  • Supporting mobile recruitment activites, attendance of local job fairs, and maintaining rapport in local communities.

  • Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo)

  • Actively participates in recruitment related projects or initiatives

  • Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions

  • Provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and/or regionally

Qualifications

Minimum Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 year of business experience

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic)

Preferred

  • Experience as a recruiter for high volume non-exempt or production positions

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience with a recruiting system such as Taleo

  • Fluent in Spanish (oral and written)
