Position Purpose & Summary

The incumbent has a real customer service function. It monitors the entire fleet and is available to employees who use the company's vehicles. It must respond to their request in accordance with internal procedures and ensure continuity of service. It may be necessary to ensure versatility with the operation for one-off missions.

Principal Accountabilities

30% Routine fleet management

  • Organize and plan maintenance, repair and periodic inspections of transport equipment and their equipment in connection with repairers, operating sites and in accordance with the specifications and specific conditions of the contracts taken out.

  • Receiving / Assisting PL Drivers and or VL users for technical issues and handling service requests.

  • Realize the stewardship delivery new vehicles or in transfer (control, full GO, weighing, state ...).

  • Establish the specifications and participate in the selection for the purchase of adequate rolling stock.

  • Participate in the evolution of the commercial vehicles layout.

20% carry out the renewal of the fleet (specifications, call for tenders).

  • Ensure the renewal of the fleet, purchases and transfers required under the Car Policy for Provimi in France.

15% Ensure the monitoring of the overall budget.

  • Provide the dashboards needed to monitor the activity and measure the performance achieved

15% Check and impute rental and maintenance invoices

  • TIPP declaration (semi-annual) and axle tax (Quarterly)

  • Perform the qualitative and quantitative control and validation of invoices, ensure the accounting and analytical treatment of transactions and settle supplier disputes. Set monthly provisions.

10% Monitor and adjust vehicle rental agreements

  • Track contracts, consumptions, mileage budgets and maintenance costs per employee and per vehicle.

  • Update the fleet management software database.

  • Keep the vehicle records up-to-date: copies of the registration cards, copies of the latest minutes of the Mines, etc.

  • Coordinate claims processing operations and follow up on files.

10% Animation and information internally

  • Pilot and animate the file prevention and road safety, fuel consumption.

  • Participate in the CO² approach and contribute to the implementation of action to reduce fuel consumption.

  • Be the guarantor of the respect of the procedures: update of the guide of good use of our vehicles (Car policy).

  • Disseminate information on benefits in kind and Vehicle Tax Corporation.


Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bac 2 (Technical field or accounting)

  • Basic knowledge in truck and car technical field

  • Basic knowledge in accounting

  • Rigeur/Relational/Reactivity/Respect of confidentiality / Prioritization of priorities / Organization and work planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years in fleet management appreciated
