TS Tech I – is responsible for monitoring and control all TS Area(s), and assisting production personnel regarding food quality and/or food safety issues. Position is also responsible for the verification and monitoring of specification and product information about facility processes. This position has accountability for a medium to high complexity facility or limited scope and will manage and maintain facility/corporate & quality audit program. This position will also assist in special projects and trending and reporting daily TS related topics to FSQR professional and higher management

30% Oven checks/WA checks
20% GMP/SSOPS checks/trainings
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be able to read/write in English is a MUST.
Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
General understanding of GMP, HACCP, and SSOP
