This is position is required to engage the HORECA -Chefs working with targeted Hotels , Restraunts and Caterers . This position will work to acquire new HORECA customers by demonstrating our products through structured meetings and engagement programs.
Acquire HORECA (Hotel Restraunts & Caterers) customers
Responsible to schedule an appointment with the chefs through cold calling , referrals & meeting them as a person.
This position will demonstrate cooking methods on how to make our product superior / better .
Use product brouchers to promote the benefits of Cargill product
This position will be responsible for new customer acquisition, enhance existing customer value by suggesting Cargill’s products range
Conduct Caterers demonstrations each month
Explain Cargill’s product features i.e., low absorption of oil in food
Better nutritional value of the end product cooked .
Cost benefit: Compared to the competitor products in the market
This position will work for new product development & will provide insights of HORECA from end user perspective.
Provide inputs to Integrated Business Plan (IBP )
Forecasting the volumes in Integrated Business Plan (IBP ) based on scaling up of customers
Provide product planning from end user perspective that helps in the business growth.
Provide inputs to develop loyalty programs for caterers
Inviting other chefs to cargill quality centre to discuss applications, sent for short term culinary courses or plan programs for using of cargill oils & fats .
Increase the volumes of targeted Caterers
This position should be able work across functions like sales, Quality, Marketing and SCM.
Willing to travel for 10 -14 days a month.

Hotel Management Graduate
2-3 years of experience as a Chef
Expert in North Indian culinary food.
Experience in managing in HORECA.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
