Position Purpose & Summary :

Manage end-to-end sales management software that provides a complete control over the entire customer journey – from lead to order, and repeat sales. Ensure effective automation tool to drive successful customer acquisition, development and retention. The solution has to set best practice of sales processes that guide sales people step-by-step through the most effective actions to liberate sales bottlenecks and get the most out of the sales pipeline.

Principal Accountabilities :

  • Evaluate & improvement of existing tools

Incorporated best practices in the industry

Channel and distribution plan incorporation in SFA and its follow-up

Addressing business need through SFA

Closely working with Global IT

Enhance the efficiency of existing module

  • Bring new technology support for sales organization

Evaluate industry practices

Identify waste in sales operation and increase productivity by introducing new technology

  • Lead, coach and guide sales team to understand the technology and provide identified information of GAP in execution

  • Partnering with sales managers to participate in business growth by providing Secondary data with specific areas of opportunity & GAP.

  • Maintain System Hygiene by ensuring incorporation of position/ people movement in real time


Required Qualifications :

  • 6-7 Years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Capable of delivering innovation.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Ability to influence decision-making.

  • Proven ability to develop long term relationships

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and requiring minimal supervision/guidance/structure
