Position Purpose

The OTSC Supevisor I will oversee the different OTSC groups (Contract Management, Billing, Credit / Cash App, Collections, Disputes) and will plan, coordinate and excecute actions to ensure flawless execution of the processes, areas of efficiencies and standarizaion when applicable, based on the companies policies and Service Level Agreements.

Also he/she must provide the corresponding KPI’s to track all staff is meeting the production/efficiency and quality goals. This position will have Supervisors I directly reporting to him/her.

Responsible for the execution of operating plan and forecast modeling, detailed business analysis and reporting in support of business operations and key initiatives. Serves as tactical, day to day business partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive support to business teams including analysis, initiative performance, cost control quality and delivery of end results. Analyzes process risks and opportunities and recommends/implements action plans. Strong communication skills. Detailed and organized in providing planning direction and guidance to multiple OTSC teams. Identifies and implements process improvement ideas within area of responsibility. Cross functional contributor on business and projects. Performs expanded supervisory responsibilities inherent in a team leadership role, including ensuring the success of others in the FSS. Has full management responsibility for professionals and supervisors I and performs all duties inherent in a managerial role or managing projects or processes.


Required Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience in an Collections Managerial role in a Shared Services Center Environment

  • Bachelors in BA or Finance, Accounting or equivalent 7 years with leadership experience in such areas.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc)

  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • Over 5 years in leadership experience

  • Proficiency in English B2

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Experience

  • JDE Experience

  • Experience inLean Six Sigmaand Continuous Improvement methology.
