Sr. Benefits Consultant - Temporary

Oversee and administer the benefits enrollment process for applicable benefits for employees in NA. This includes a back to end approach that includes: communication between Cargill, Cargill’s vendors and employees if needed to resolve and coordinate enrollment activities. Uses vendor and internal Cargill case management tools for escalated issues. Assist with a variety of benefit related payment and accounting activities for various Health and Welfare plans and programs. Participate in yearly open enrollment activities to ensure new rates and programs are established at our vendors and available for enrollment. Serve as tier 2 primary contact and inquiry clarification regarding Benefits for North America for every Group and Function on a day to day basis.

  • On-going benefits monitoring and benefits termination coordination and documentation - 10%



  • Bachelor Degree in Business or HR

  • Administration

  • Industrial Relations

  • HR Related

  • 1 - 2 year experi ence as Benefits administrator or HR administrator

  • Basic knowledge of enrollment processes

  • Keeping records

  • Track open cases

  • Manage client relations Planning and organization.

  • Microsoft office proficient.

  • English Level B2

  • Service oriented

  • Follow up

  • Problem solving

  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Agility to learn

  • Effectively work under pressure

  • Accounting Experience

  • General knowledge on different types of Insurances HR policies and benefits
