Description

Responsible for coordinating procurement work processes for sourcing categories, including executing procurement transaction processes and managing procurement records, providing location procurement support and planning, managing supplier events and relationships, and implementing sourcing strategies.

Uses basic knowledge and fundamental skill to accomplish administrative tasks in logistics activities.

  • Prepare Purchasing Orders based off Purchasing Requisition. Collect & preparing procurement document before payment to ensure 100% comply and follow CSSP procurement policy (50%)

  • Perform administrative duties in support of the logistics/ shipment execution process. Complete tasks using industry standard procedures, escalates issues that deviate from established procedures, and may make decisions to resolve simple issues (25%)

  • Performing basis data maintenance and analysis, ensure data is collected and complied into procurement system for reporting & analysis purpose (10%)

  • May act as a super-user, troubleshooting and training others on Procurement management system functionality, providing education, training and support to system users (10%)

  • Handle other operational procurement activities assigned by Manager (5%)

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from college or university with major in Bussiness Administration, Finance & Accounting or equivalent education and experience

Experience

  • 2-3 years in logistics/ procurement operation experience , in which has 1-2 years a multicultural environment

  • Skills (applied knowledge and technical skills directly related to this position)

  • Understand of the administrative & logistics operations, needs and requirements of key business and function across

  • Ability to present information (prepare reports, rationale and recommendations clearly and concisely to all levels of management).

  • English: Good writing & reading, basic listening & speaking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP, Ariba or other PRTP Cloud solutions.

  • Fundamental analytical & problem solving capabilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in plant procurement environment, multicultural environment will be preferred

  • A collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with internal customers and co-workers.
