Position Overview:

This position is accountable for the global strategy, delivery andoperations across the Operations Supply Chain (OSC) Deliver portfolio withinGlobal IT.The Deliver portfolio is accountable for supporting the Transportation and Logistics Team with technology solutions that enable their technology.

Key accountabilities will be to drive collaboration across businesspartners, global IT delivery leaders, function leaders and enterprise processowners/managers to reach key decisions on portfolio priorities, delivertechnical and delivery roadmaps to meet the business needs, set value targetsand measure outcomes for value realization.

This position will be accountable for overall budget oversight/roll-upacross the global and regional OSC Deliver portfolio components. It will also be the IT Delivery Sponsor forall global Deliver initiatives in the portfolio. This includes ensuring proper governance andkey stakeholders are engaged, providing overall delivery oversight of scopingand delivery work and acting as a quality partner to ensure deliveryexcellence.

You will be responsible for building, sustaining and enhancing thesolution capabilities. This includes butnot limited to: driving application standardization anddifferentiation where appropriate, achieving buy-in forinnovation/transformation investments, bringing the outside in and consultingwith our function leaders to develop meaningful business KPIs and dualstrategies. This position will work closely with other application portfolioowners (e.g. Region, ERP - SAP, ) to drive overall strategy alignment betweenglobal and region specific portfolios year over year.

This position will be responsible for setting and executing thestrategic vision of the Global OSC Deliver portfolio team, ensuring the globalteam (direct/indirect) is delivering on its promises to the business, andcreating a high performing environment across Cargill and partners.

Principal Accountabilities:

45% - Manage Portfolio Delivery & Operations:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the globalapplications and ecosystems for delivery end-to-end (program/project &operations)

  • Accountable for the long term global strategy forthe portfolio

  • Delivery IT Sponsor and oversight for globalprogram/project delivery. Ensure proper governance, delivery shaping andexecution across program/projects aligned to portfolio.

  • Lead culture of discipline and compliance andensure adherence to a global standard process & methods

  • Partner with Transportation and Logistics team andthe Value COE/MADJV to incorporate technology readiness activities into keyprogram initiatives and post delivery to aid in running their business.

  • Maintain awareness of application risks andopportunities for expansion and improvement. Seeks out and recommends improvements which enhancecapability, performance, and minimize costs.

  • Provide recommendations for advancing applicationsacross the globe ensuring high user acceptance. and adoption, regulatorycompliance, and alignment with business and function strategies.

20% - Responsible for external parties service contracts and OLAs withthe business/functions:

  • Oversee transition and stabilization across partnerecosystem – business and operational readiness

  • Ensure that the partner providers perform to therequirements documented in the contract in alignment with expectations of thebusiness.

  • Ensure consistent processes in line with the CTLgovernance model.

10% - Business Results, Metrics, Scorecards and Reporting:

  • Define expectations for program/project deliveryscore carding with PMO teams and key stakeholders including BPs for executiveengagement. Ensure qualitygates/reviews.

  • Maintain metrics of business/operationalperformance and evaluates trends. Prepares and executes plans to improveoperational support, addressing concerns and needs with high performancesolutions.

  • Leads and facilitates portfolio performance andfunction/enterprise reviews.

25% - People and Budget Management:

  • Administer/oversees general workforceadministration policies and programs in the areas of communications, staffing,training, evaluations, disciplinary actions and safety.

  • Accountable for performance management, talentdevelopment, succession planning and engagement and through subordinatemanagers.

  • Develop planning for future workforce needs indirect control and participates in the selection of employees. Manages tooutcomes across needs in ecosystem (region/partners/value enablers)

Qualifications

Required:

  • College degree orcertification

  • 10 years of IT and business/ industry work experience

  • 5 years of peoplemanagement experience managing a distributed team

  • 5 years experienceworking on application strategy and delivery related to Transportation &Logistics

  • Experience working in aglobal, matrixed, and leveraged organization

  • Ability to travel up to20%

  • Ability to work acrossmultiple groups and geographies to solve operations problems and avoid continuityrisk

Preferred:

  • BA/BS in Business, IT, orComputer Science

  • Project management certification

  • Experience in a largePlant Operations environment
