Principal Accountabilities

  • 75% Design & Write Code: Write code and design scalable, distributed applications.

  • 10% Test Code: Our software engineers don't just write code, they also test it. Automated unit tests, integration tests and regression tests are a part of our DNA.

  • 10% Troubleshoot and Fix Operational Problems: Working closely with the Customer Support team to troubleshoot issues with our software, and fix them.

  • 5% Influence Product Direction: Working closely with the Product Management team to help shape the future roadmap of the product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and building Node or Javascript applications.

  • Experience in commercial software development.

  • Self-motivated and willing to dive deep into unfamiliar and existing code base.

  • Experience with relational database and SQL.

  • Writing automated unit, integration and regression tests.

  • Troubleshooting and debugging production issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud computing
