As the Fat Blend Formulation Laborant, you will be organizing and executing the Global Edible Oil Solutions (GEOS) Oils and Fats products sample requests received from Sales, Technical Service and other functions. You will support the execution of New Products, Services or Solutions (NPSS) projects by providing high quality samples for GEOS customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
You organize and execute sample requests (prioritize, prepare samples, prepare documentation, ship and log data in systems) received from Sales, Sales Support, and Technical Service in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
You organize sampling and shipping of non-standard samples e.g. large volumes, destination, packaging, analytical requirements and coordinate all related activities.
You support manual invoicing process with shared Finance support.
You support internal sample requests (customer meeting on sites or visits, exhibition, conference).
You handle ordering of component and product deliveries from other Cargill sites.
You order packaging material for sample requests and manage stock.
You provide required sample documentation (certificate of analysis and other standard documents).
You execute product trials
You update Einstein tool
You manage the list of items in SFDC, quarterly report on the current sample status and review the potential improvements to implement when possible, together with the SFDC key user team.
You review the current courier services system and costing.
You participate in trainings: Monday training, safety days and team meetings.
Laboratory assistant or Lab technician or relevant training and familiar with lab safety procedures
Min 2 years working experience.
Knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene best practices and Food Safety Policy.
Communication skills in Dutch and English.
Computer skilled and reporting knowledge of Excel, word and computer data systems.
Organized, clear and structured.
Able to communicate cross function (production, Food Safety Quality Regulatory (FSQR), anTechnical Service, Finance, Courier, external).
Processing skills with lab-equipment / on lab scale (oils & fats highly preferable).
