Description

This position is part of the Management Information & Decision Support team tasked with management reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

This position is responsible in providing information and financial analysis that provides insight, enhances decision making, and providing the view regarding performance and opportunities that exist for further investigation and/or improvements by FP&A and commercial team.

This position will support process improvements by delivering new technology solutions to management reporting and will support report standardization and rationalization.

Management Reporting and Decision Support (70%)

  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills to gather financial data, evaluate and analyze financial statements. Keeps pace with changing relevant regulations, standards, and business factors that may impact financial performance.

  • Review existing reports to optimize, standardize, and define the new reports which will measure business performance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and analysis of business performance (product profitability analysis, cost analysis, commentary, KPIs, Metrics). Partner effectively with FP&A for reporting and data needs, defining which performance indicators will be needed to explain/measure business performance and the frequency – design and deliver the reports with the right level of analysis.

  • Understand legacy systems and develop a strong management information system/process.

  • Ensure optimization and standardization of management reporting across the country.

  • Partner with FP&A, business managers, A&F teams and CBS to prepare business budgets and rolling forecast.

  • Responds to ad hoc requests from FP&A and commercial teams as per business needs.

Business Partnership (20%)

  • Interacts with the A&F teams and CBS to ensure delivery of accurate data and reports for the FP&A team, leadership and other business teams to achieve finance objectives.

  • Partner with commercial teams to establish the ongoing development of management reporting that support the business decisions and strategic goals.

Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Supports and implements process simplifications, automations and enhancements to standardize and improve business information.

  • Provides input and identifies opportunities to improve data integrity and usefulness for effective management reporting and implements as appropriate

  • Support the transition of the organization to the end state organization

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience

  • English proficiency

  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills

  • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making

  • Proven accounting/finance professional with strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-starter, proactive and demonstrated adaptability and change agility

  • Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Required Qualifications

  • Understanding and experience working with JDE, SAP

  • Demonstrated ability to support a team culture of continuous improvement, process optimization and intellectual curiosity
