  • Creating Value

  • Conduct pricing analytics and use insights in creating recommendation to capture pricing opportunities, reduce profit leakage and improve sales force effectiveness (i.e. Cost to Serve/Customer; GM$ earned/Salesman).

  • Business Partnering and Decision Support

  • Work with Sales and Strategic Marketing Mgrs in setting the base prices and in developing discount programs and measure/track the effectiveness of such program.

  • Partner with RMS to proactively anticipate & determine the margin impact of ingredient market price movement and communicate said impact to the Pricing Committee

  • Analyze and Measure the customer & product performance vs. competition/market, track the execution of agreed pricing action/s and recommend pricing moves & competitive respons


  • Language Fluency in English

  • Strong collaboration skills with other departments, business units, etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and the ability to make strong recommendations without complete information if required

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate ideas, plans and actions to a broad group of employees, including in remote office locations

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex problems in partnership with others

  • Deep customer insight, with good understanding of customer economics and value drivers

  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and the ability to compile, summarize, and chart data

  • Strong bias for action, proactivity on action taking.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in one or more of the following: Pricing, Revenue management, Sales, Commercial Management, Finance, Trading & Business Development OR any other business related.

  • 3 years profitability analysis and pricing economics experience
