  • You support the EMEA Customer Service Leader in leading Customer Service team that is responsible for:

  • Efficient administration of all European and Global customer orders and Supply Chain related administration requests;

  • Accurate demand forecasting of demand data and make recommendations for process improvements

  • Plan product delivery and raw material intake;

  • Proceeding to logistics arrangement in terms of transportation, warehousing and handling operations;

  • Executing trade contracts and update ERP and Contract systems accordingly.

  • You support the EMEA Customer Service Leader in leading Logistics planning and execution team that is responsible for:

  • All inbound raw material handling and Trade execution;

  • Audit of Payable invoices for customers/ clients;

  • Handling of external stocks and Stock control and order entry;

  • Accurately maintaining of supplier’s, customer database and logistical information (logistics, product, invoicing, service requirements, permits, etc.).

  • During the next 2 years you are the point of contact as Subject Matter Expert for the global SAP TC2 implementation


  • Bachelor or equivalent by working experience. Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Service or related areas.

  • Worked in an international, multicultural environment

  • SAP implementation experience

  • System literate (Samis Report Generator, InfoESM; MS Office Access;Excel etc…)

  • Advanced understanding on tools & systems supporting CSD processes (e.g. JDE One World)

  • Understanding of overall Supply Chain processes

  • Team management

  • Diplomatic and culture sensitive

  • Fluent in English, French. German and or Spanish would be a plus
