Position Purpose & Summary

OTSC Supervisor on accounting will be focused on leading and managing the CBS Finance Billing and Cash Application Team. The advisable span of control of the OTSC Supervisor will be around 20 people.

The OTSC Supervisor will be responsible for setting the team’s priorities and goals, as well as evaluating and (re)distributing the workload amongst team members and team leads. He/she will be accountable for the team’s meeting its KPI and SLA targets and performing the required activities as set out by the Finance Services Catalogue. Thus, he/she will also be assuring compliance to the OTSC Silver Processes.

The OTSC Supervisor will be expected to monitor individuals’ performance closely, be able to support the team operationally, and construct training/ development/ promotion plans for team members, according to their performance and potential. Thus, the OTSC Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing the team’s potential, by assigning tasks and projects in accordance to individual team members’ capabilities and talents.

A significant aspect of the role will also be coordinating with credit, collection team and the leadership of the CBS center in Nanjing. The OTSC Supervisor will be expected to align the priorities of CBS to those of the businesses in scope.

The OTSC Supervisor needs to ensure continuous improvement of processes and systems, and coordinate projects in that area both with the CBS organization and the businesses in scope.

The OTSC Supervisor will also organize and oversee the ongoing migrations and transitions, focusing on change management, ensuring the right resources are in place, and (re)distributing individuals’ workload accordingly.

Education, Experience, Skills

Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc)

  • Bachelor’s degrees in accounting/Finance or equivalent experiences


  • 5-8 year accounting working experience within a multinational company or audit firm

  • Experience in managing a team of 5 members

  • Three years of experience in a multinational and complex environment

  • Experience with transformations, process improvement and change projects

Skills (applied knowledge and technical skills directly related to this position)

  • Strong communication skill

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability with a high level of energy and dedication

  • Result oriented and capable of working with strict guidelines

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and be self-motivated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
