Manage programs and processes related to the safe manufacturing and shipment of products.
30% WCMM Accountabilities in program management – specifically the areas of Safety, Shrink and Housekeeping
35% Execution and maintenance of the Product Integrity Program. Organization, training and documentation of all requirements.
5% Primary backup for activities of production scheduling using LRT and local dispatch, daily production paperwork review and sign off, employee scheduling, local ingredient logistics communications.
30% Primary backup for daily plant QA activities such as reconciling inventories with drug trax, inputting TLO’s and gathering ingredient samples for star lims, inputting data and reconciling local receiving and/or shipment logs, ensuring TLO and tags are available and completed items are sent for invoicing).
Unloading of raw materials to appropriate bin following proper testing and procedures.
Bulk loading of finishes product meeting customer expectations and quality standards
ABC samples (gathered and sentlab)
Bulk ingredients – moistures and density recorded on PIS
Mycotoxin testing on required inbound bulk ingredients
Monthly processed grains – moisture, density, particle score
Quality analysis of inbound and outbound products.
Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment to accomplish the tasks above including belts, drags, bucket elevators, blenders etc.

Must be able to read/write English.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts.
Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, pounding with hammer and work in confined spaces.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold.
Ability to work in elevated areas.
Must be able to operate machinery.
High School diploma or Equivalent.
Able to operate heavy equipment.
Prior experience in production related work.
