This position is located in Odgen, Utah. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Position Overview:

Manage programs and processes related to the safe manufacturing and shipment of products.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • 30% WCMM Accountabilities in program management – specifically the areas of Safety, Shrink and Housekeeping

  • 35% Execution and maintenance of the Product Integrity Program. Organization, training and documentation of all requirements.

  • 5% Primary backup for activities of production scheduling using LRT and local dispatch, daily production paperwork review and sign off, employee scheduling, local ingredient logistics communications.

  • 30% Primary backup for daily plant QA activities such as reconciling inventories with drug trax, inputting TLO’s and gathering ingredient samples for star lims, inputting data and reconciling local receiving and/or shipment logs, ensuring TLO and tags are available and completed items are sent for invoicing).

Other responsibilities:

  • Unloading of raw materials to appropriate bin following proper testing and procedures.

  • Bulk loading of finishes product meeting customer expectations and quality standards

  • ABC samples (gathered and sentlab)

  • Bulk ingredients – moistures and density recorded on PIS

  • Mycotoxin testing on required inbound bulk ingredients

  • Monthly processed grains – moisture, density, particle score

  • Mycotoxin calibration

  • Quality analysis of inbound and outbound products.

  • Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment to accomplish the tasks above including belts, drags, bucket elevators, blenders etc.

  • Must be able to read/write English.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to work overtime.

  • Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts.

  • Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, pounding with hammer and work in confined spaces.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

  • Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold.

  • Ability to work in elevated areas.

  • Must be able to operate machinery.


  • High School diploma or Equivalent.

  • Able to operate heavy equipment.

  • Forklift certified.

  • Prior experience in production related work.
