Position Purpose & Summary

  • To drive the business volumes for TINS and commercial Business in North Region.

  • Strategically plan and drive for assigned brands.

  • Create distribution network for North & East Region

  • Sales Forecasting

  • Execution & Team Management

  • Ensure Merchandising at required outlets

  • Represent brand in organized retail market through various inititatives.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Drive the business volumes for oils / aatta and commercial Business in North / East Region.20%

  • Strategically plan and drive for assigned brands.10%

  • Create distribution network for North & East Region15%

Sales Forecasting –

  • Collect the sales forecast from the team.

  • Collate and prepare final IBP (Integrated business plan) and send it to supplychain team15%

  • Execution of SFA & Team Management20%

Ensure Merchandising at required outlets

  • By market visit

  • Coordinate and ensure that all merchandising is in place as per the received guidelines.

  • Connect wit RSM in case of any deviation10%

Represent brand in organized retail market through various inititatives.

  • Hoarding, danglers, in shop activities, branding etc10%

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate

  • At least 8 years of experience sales

  • Selling skills, negotiation skills, persuasivenss

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in English

  • Technical knowledge

  • Possess a solid understanding of the markets / industry in which he / she operates, and knows what is required to successfully operate in the poultry market/industry/segment in India
